1. Services Provided

The Tidy Sidekick provides home and office organizing, decluttering, and related consulting services. Services are tailored based on each client’s needs and goals. We do not offer cleaning services, legal or mental health advice.

2. Booking and Payment

  • 100% is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • We accept payments via our website.

  • Prices are subject to change, but rates at the time of booking will be honored.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may forfeit the deposit.

  • No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

4. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for being present during the service (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Clients retain full decision-making authority over what is discarded, donated, or kept.

  • We will never remove or dispose of items without clear consent.

5. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to decline service if the work environment poses a health or safety risk (e.g., hoarding requiring remediation, pest infestations, unsafe structures).

  • If unsafe conditions are identified mid-session, the service may be paused or rescheduled until resolved.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All client interactions and personal information, including the state of your home and belongings, are kept confidential. We do not share your data without your consent. See our [Privacy Policy] for full details.

7. Liability

  • We take great care with your belongings, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or injuries resulting from unsafe conditions in your space.

  • Clients are advised to store or secure valuables or fragile items before service begins.

8. Digital Content

Any materials provided by The Tidy Sidekick (checklists, guides, digital downloads) are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, sold, or redistributed without permission.

9. Website and Online Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse its content, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools (e.g., bots) to scrape data or overload the system.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current Terms.
