Refunds on Services Rendered

Due to the nature of our work (time-based and highly personalized), we do not offer refunds on services that have already been provided. However, if you are unhappy with your experience, we welcome open feedback and may offer service credit or partial refund at our discretion.

No-Show or Late Cancellations

  • No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in full charge of the session.

  • If we arrive and cannot access the space or the client is unavailable, the session may be canceled without refund.

Digital Products

All purchases of downloadable checklists, templates, or guides are non-refundable, as they are instantly accessible upon purchase. If you experience technical issues, please reach out and we’ll ensure you get what you paid for.

Satisfaction Guarantee

While refunds are limited, client satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re unhappy with your service for any reason, please reach out within 48 hours of your session so we can discuss a resolution or adjustment.
